Electro-Static Dissipative (ESD) / Anti-Static

If you're using an anti-static mat, or expensive anti-static tiles/carpet, and thought that you had no other options, consider an ESD or Electro-Static Dissipative concrete floor.  ESD concrete sealers are far less expensive the tile or carpet, and will last much, much longer (8-10 years or more).  ESD concrete is ideal for:

Our ESD Flooring product is Nano Particulate infused for amorphous Permanent Static Control, and meets S 20.20-2007, 97.1 and the new ANSI ESD S20.20-2014, 97.2 code with a charge generation well under 100 volts.  

If your situation requires an even higher level of conductivity, we can provide that as well.  Our high conductivity concrete sealer is ideal for situations where combustible metals, metal powders and metal dust are present, or where defibrillation equipment is in use, such as: 

• Munitions areas
• Flamable areas
• Explosives areas
• Energized areas
• Hospital operating rooms (floors require a resistance to ground rating of over 25k ohms.)
